Returns & Refunds Policy
Overview
Race4P1 products are made to order. Please read the sections below carefully before requesting a return.
For any return or support request, email info@Race4P1.com with your order number.
Returns outside the European Union
Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- wrong size
- change of mind
- color preference
- ordering the wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, see Damages and Issues below.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without a justification.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@Race4P1.com.
- Do not send anything back until you receive return instructions from us.
Return shipping
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to start an EU return
Email info@Race4P1.com with:
- your order number
- the item(s) you want to return
- your delivery country (EU)
If your return is approved, we will email you return instructions and the return address.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@Race4P1.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the issue
- a photo of the full item
- photos of packaging if it arrived damaged
Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please do not mail items back unless we specifically request it.
Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges. If you need a different size or a different item, the fastest option is to place a new order. If there was a printing error or you received the wrong item, we will make it right under Damages and Issues.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
- For approved EU cooling-off returns, refunds are processed after the returned item is received and checked.
- Refund processing typically takes up to 10 business days, and your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact info@Race4P1.com.
Non-returnable items
- Gift cards (if offered)
- Final sale items (if marked as final sale)
- Any item returned without prior approval / return instructions
Return to sender
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or refusal, we can reship it once it is received back, but reshipping may require a new shipping charge. If you believe the return was an error, contact info@Race4P1.com.
